PRI carry out their own research based on a long-term perspective, in a way that crosses disciplinary and organizational barriers, while also considering the role of science within society, with the ultimate goal to create new fields of science.
In order to achieve the above goal, we aim to appoint researchers with outstanding research results, wide horizons and excellent leadership from diverse fields, and encourage them to advance their own research based on a long-term vision, creating new science across research fields and organizations with a perspective of what science should be in society.
